Set of round mignon composed by: 1 tray 23.62"x15.75", 6 molds: 1.57"xh 0.98" with capacity 0.71oz each portion. Extremely easy to use! You just have to cover the side of the mold with a plastic ribbon or with a decorated biscuit, garnish, glaze and take it out with the extractor.
